General Introduction

taka5 is an online gaming and betting platform providing services to players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and taka5. By accessing the platform, registering, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To create an account or use services on taka5, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years old (for individuals aged 21 and above only).
• You must be a resident of a country or region where using taka5's services is lawful.
• All your registration information must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• None of your previous accounts have been closed or suspended by taka5.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

taka5 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts may be restricted until satisfactory proof is provided. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately upon verification, and all funds may be forfeited.

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account on taka5. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including unauthorized use by a third party. If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Information Verification

taka5 may at any time request a copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification to verify the account holder's identity. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until documents are verified.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at taka5 is ৳300. This minimum applies to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
• Nagad — Digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
• Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

All deposits are secured through SSL encryption. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the account name must match the name on the payment source.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended in the following situations:

• An identity verification process is ongoing.
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Fraudulent or unusual activity is suspected.
• Due to technical or banking issues.

The withdrawal method will generally match the deposit method. taka5 verifies the deposit method and attempts to process withdrawals through the same channel.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

taka5 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more → maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed from multiple accounts.
• Only deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer are eligible for bonuses.
• taka5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, taka5 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

Gaming Rules

Fair play is ensured across all games on taka5. Each game operates according to Return-to-Player (RTP) and volatility standards; however, no specific RTP percentage is guaranteed for any individual game, as each game is independently controlled by an RNG (Random Number Generator).

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits that are clearly displayed on the game screen. Placing bets outside these limits is not possible.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets are accepted in all sports betting markets, including cricket betting, before a given event begins. Markets may change after an event starts. taka5 reserves the right to void any bet or review results if unusual circumstances arise due to technical errors or incorrect information.

6.3 Technical Issues

taka5 is not liable for any incomplete game resulting from server outages, network disconnections, or other technical issues. In such cases, funds for affected bets may be returned, though this is not guaranteed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on taka5 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using false or misleading identity information.
• Bonus abuse, such as attempting to collect bonuses in violation of the rules.
• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Attempting to defraud the platform through collaborative play or coordinated decision-making.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Harassing, intimidating, or insulting other users.
• Attempting unauthorized access to or hacking of taka5's systems.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods.

Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by taka5

taka5 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Providing false identity information.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• The account belongs to a minor.
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your own account, please notify our support team at [email protected]. Any active bonus balance will be cancelled before account closure, and only a valid cash balance will be returned.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, you may request a voluntary Self-Exclusion for a defined period of time. Once this option is activated, it will not be possible to reactivate the account before the set period ends.
